I'm happy to discuss your project by phone to get an understanding of your needs, budget, and timeline. If we're a good match we can go to the next step, which is a Site Analysis.

I meet you at the site and we discuss your requirements, vision, and general budget. At that meeting, I will hand you design questions. When I receive your answers by email, I will then put together a design proposal that spells out the hours necessary for me to craft your design. 

If you decide to go forward with my services, we'll discount the total amount by the $150 for the cost of this step. 

I meet you again at the site to go over your design questions. At that time, I'll take detailed measurements and a detailed site analysis. From that, I'll develop a scaled site plan. Contract signed, scaled site plan developed. At this meeting, we'll sign a contract and you'll pay the first installment (30%) of the total contract cost

I'll meet with you again and present to you a preliminary plan developed from the site plan, site analysis, and feedback from your answers. You'll receive a colored rendering of the plan, which you can review for about a week to consider any changes you may want.

At this meeting, you'll pay the second installment (30%) of the total contract cost.

You'll receive a comprehensive detailed plan, including all hardscape items and a detailed planting legend. I'll give you five copies of your plan for your contractor.

At this final meeting, you'll pay the final balance.
